During the first quarter of 2022, the UK entered phase one of inflation. Prices for homes was at all time high and banks rates were very low and people were buying goods and services at inflated prices until… The government announced there will be huge rise in household bills and living costs. Fuel prices were remaining very high, and many were struggling to adapt and were not financially prepared for any unexpected expenditure.

EUREKA MOMENT

One of the members of our team was really struggling financially. They had difficulty with back to back bills, boiler and heating issues arised and unexpectedly, their car had broken down which meant that they could not get to work. They knew they could cover the costs on pay day, but had to wait two weeks till then. They were stuck! This consequently meant that the employee would fall into a financial spiral which would impact there well-being and focus would be elsewhere during work, that’s if they were even able to attend which would impact the company equally in a negative way. Our CEO has been advancing money over the years to help his employees out and this incident caused inspiration to strike and the result:
