How can we support?
We want to support you as much as we can. Therefore, please indicate whether you are an Employee or an Employer.
Getting Started
Whether you're a salaried employee, or shift worker, we've done the hard work so that using it is straightforward for you. mySolPay™ tracks your earnings as you work so you can withdraw your pay on demand whenever you want.
NO. We give you on demand access to a portion of your earned pay. With early and easy access to earned income in your current payroll cycle. No more waiting for payday since mySolPay™ makes it possible for you to get your pay immediately.
We need your employer to be registered with mySolPay™. Once your employer has joined with us, you will receive an invitation email with a unique sign-up code. Download the App, enter the code, and in a few easy steps, you will have access to the App, it's as simple as that. You will normally see a balance 24 hours after your first confirmed shift or workday.
Withdrawals
You can withdraw a percentage of your gross pay (usually around 50%). Your employer determines and sets this percentage.
You can withdraw at any time in the month, as long as you have an available balance, up until the cut-off point when your employer processes payroll.
Yes, of course! Withdrawals are enabled as frequently as you'd like, up to the amount your available balance allows.
You don't need to do anything because mySolPay™ interfaces with your employers' systems to deduct the advance from your pay automatically.
The value of any withdrawals and any related fees will be deducted from your standard pay.
mySolPay™ uses the faster payments service offered by UK banks, so your funds will be credited to your account immediately.
Please make sure you correctly enter the information for your card or bank account details. Contact support@mySolPay.com if you require additional assistance.
Your funds will be in your account in less than two hours, but usually instantly. Occasionally, depending on the bank, it can take a few hours. If you don't receive it within a day, please contact support@mySolPay.com.
Balance
For each authorised shift that falls under the mySolPay™ guidelines established by your employer up until a cut-off date for the month, your balance will be displayed on the App. Your balance will become zero at the cut-off time, and your company will continue to complete payroll as usual. After the cut-off time, you won't be able to withdraw until the start of the following pay cycle.
At the cut-off time, your balance will be changed to zero so that your employer can accurately complete your payroll. At the start of the new cycle, your balance will start to accumulate once more.
Shifts
You won't be able to use mySolPay™, unfortunately. Kindly refer us to your HR department we'll get in touch and take care of the rest.
If you change jobs, unless your new employer also offers mySolPay™, you will have to ask them to offer our service as a benefit. Please refer us to your new HR department and we will get in touch and do the rest.
